Looking for the Perfect Group Accommodation on the Belgian Coast?

With 65 rooms and a total capacity of 240 beds spread across three floors, J-Club De Panne can comfortably accommodate both small and large groups.

The building is divided into five separate accommodation wings, providing additional privacy and comfort when several groups are staying at the same time.

Most rooms accommodate four guests and feature a private bathroom. Additional beds can be arranged when required. After confirmation of your booking, room allocation requests can be discussed with our reception team.

Our housekeeping staff clean the rooms and bathrooms daily, and final cleaning is included in the accommodation price.

For first-time bookings, we strongly recommend a site visit before confirming your stay. This allows us to show you our facilities and discuss expectations, ensuring a successful experience for both organisers and participants.

More than 80% of our guests rebook before leaving our centre. We consider this the greatest recognition of our work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Travelling with children and young people can sometimes bring unexpected challenges.

Bedwetting incidents, medical diets, minor accidents or special care requirements are all situations we understand and handle with discretion and professionalism.

Upon arrival, every group receives emergency contact details for local doctors, pharmacies and the regional hospital in Veurne, located just 7 kilometres away.

Outside reception opening hours, our on-call staff remain available for urgent matters.

For maximum flexibility during your stay, we recommend having access to a vehicle.

There is no need to transport projectors, speakers or presentation equipment.

J-Club De Panne offers a range of educational and audiovisual equipment available for groups. With the exception of specialised lighting systems, most equipment can be borrowed free of charge.

Refrigerators can also be rented. When purchasing drinks through J-Club De Panne with a minimum order value of €15, refrigerators are provided free of charge.

A vending machine with drinks and snacks is available in the entrance hall.

At J-Club De Panne, we have consciously chosen to provide Wi-Fi access exclusively to group leaders, teachers and supervisors.

Participants and students do not have access to the guest network.
